Program Structure

Our curriculum progresses through three distinct phases, each building on previous skills while introducing new challenges. Classes meet three evenings per week plus weekend project sessions.

Foundation Phase (Months 1-6)

Learn core programming concepts through game development. Start with simple 2D games using Unity, covering player movement, collision detection, and basic game mechanics. Complete your first portfolio project: a fully functional puzzle platformer.

Advanced Development (Months 7-12)

Tackle 3D game development and advanced programming concepts. Work in small teams to create more complex games, learning version control, project management, and collaborative development practices. Build three substantial games for your portfolio.

Specialization & Career Prep (Months 13-18)

Choose your focus area: gameplay programming, technical art, or game design. Complete a capstone project with industry mentorship. Prepare for job applications with portfolio review sessions and mock interviews. Connect with local studios through our partnership network.
